Google Algorithm Captured Live By Automotive
Sometimes you just can't believe the things that happen in the course of a day....
It was just a normal day at Buckley’s Auto Care and owner, Greg Buckley,
and his tech crew. That is until right around 1:32 PM, something
happened that would forever change their lives and the lives of millions
of Internet experts from around the world.
While working on an older Chevy Colorado pick up, Greg and his Master Technician, Drew Metcalf, witnessed what is considered a holy grail for SEO experts; A live recording of the latest Google update change!
Greg
knew something was happening while watching the Chevy truck go through
its tests. The brand new Pico 4 Channel lab scope, which was attached to
a new Dell laptop was reacting violently to what appeared to be a very
calm and normally operating Colorado. But Greg couldn’t help to notice
that at the very exact time that these graphs were being generated, the
shop Wi-Fi and Internet had been interrupted for a period (Greg says) of
just 9.36 seconds. Amazingly, all of the other vehicles being serviced
at the time were able to be completed with minimum delays.
Greg
and his crew were able to capture and freeze frame Google’s
“Plantopunkyous” global update right when it happened. Look at the
graphs below:
This
first one shows exactly the time when Google released “Plantopunkyous”
to an unsuspecting public. The graph clearly shows an amazing eruption.
With
the damage done, reports starting coming in from all points across the
globe. Screams of terror, advertisers were being placed in triage by
marketing agencies, Internet experts and the like. SEO experts were seen
running hysterically through the streets screaming for Google to please
stop. White flags were being hung from every window in the district.
A
local SEO expert and world renown publisher, Mr. Parc Llub, had this to
say. “ I’m not sure how Greg and his equipment were able to pick up
this seismic activity in Google’s latest changes, but if it’s this easy,
I’m going out to look for a good used Chevy Colorado and a scope. Hell,
this will make my life too easy. Man, this stuff is cosmic!”
In
graph two, Greg’s amazingly accurate Pico four channel lab scope
detects the after effects rippling through the SEO community.
After
a minute or maybe five, order was being restored to the world. Google’s
changes were being absorbed into the Internet’s fabric while all SEO
marketers and Google-ites slowly returned back to their Hangouts to
digest what just took place. They know that another surprise by big G
may just be their last
The
final graph shows world order returning. Those that stake their
fortunes, families, pets, food, relationships and life itself on Google,
are starting to breathe easier.
Finally,
Greg and his crew can’t believe that for just this one day, the world
was looking at them with amazing focus. Greg states, “I was just holding
a simple maintenance special for $39.95 when
this whole place just blew up with TV crews, radio stations, the local
news papers and everyone else worrying about the Internet and Google. I even got a phone call from Al Gore, telling me everything will be okay and just have faith cause he was checking into it.”
From a small town auto repair shop in Wilmington, Delaware the
world had changed. Greg and his crew will never look at a scope the
same way again. As for the Chevy Colorado, Greg’s customer picked it up
and drove home safely. Parc Llub was seen right behind them attempting
to get a good deal. In the meantime, Greg's now considering expanding
his service menu at the shop to include Internet forensics.
